Orders from outside the UK may be paid for by a pounds sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, a banker’s draft in pounds sterling, or by cash through Western Union. Cheques, in pounds sterling, should be made payable to Mason’s Products. We are not at present able to accept payment by credit card but we welcome payment via Pay Pal. On receipt of your order we will issue a payment request through Pay Pal.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email and we will dispatch the Dog Oil on the same day that we receive your order. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, so please allow 14 days for delivery. The prices below for goods sent to customers in EU member states include VAT and postage. Goods sent to all other countries are free of tax and include postage. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have the right to inform us that you wish to cancel your order, in writing, by fax or by email, within seven days of you receiving of the goods. We will return your money within 30 days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us by post at your expense. If the goods are faulty we will repay the postage and offer to replace them or refund your money. These rights are given under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These Regulations do not affect your rights under The Sale of Goods Act. When buying goods on the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract. The applicable law is the law of the United Kingdom.
Data Protection: the data you give on your order form will not be held electronically unless you ask us to set up an account for you. All data held by us will be dealt with in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1984. It will not be passed on to anyone outside Mason’s Products and will not be used for unsolicited mail, email, faxes or telephone calls.
