We will dispatch the Dog Oil on the same day that we receive your order, and will enclose your invoice in the delivery. Payment should be made on receipt of the goods. We charge interest at the rate of 2.5% per month on overdue invoices. Payment should be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank in pounds sterling, or by banker's draft in pounds sterling, or by cash through Western Union. We are not at present able to accept payment by credit card. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, so please allow 14 days for delivery. The prices below for goods sent to customers in EU member states include VAT and postage. Goods sent to all other countries are free of tax and include postage. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have the right to inform us that you wish to cancel your order, in writing, by fax or by email, within seven days of you receiving of the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them and the invoice to us by post at your expense. If the goods are faulty we will repay the postage.These rights are given under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These Regulations do not affect your rights under The Sale of Goods Act. When buying goods on the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract.
