We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Mason's Dog Oil and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.
Because of the nature of the product, exchanges are not always possible. However, If your product is unused and you wish to return it to us, you can do so by sending us an e-mail with the order number and reason for return and post back to us at you own expense.
If you are based in the UK you have 14 days to get in touch with us regarding unwanted goods. We will take every request on a case by case basis.

We currently supply Mason's Dog Oil only to U.K. Customers. If you are interested in international orders, please send us an e-mail with your enquiry to email@example.com
We usually ship your order within 2-4 business days. (Give it to the courier) We do so through parcels to go. They then deliver to you and provide a tracking number for you to follow up your order status.
We can not guarantee the courier timings but we will do our best to assist you if you should have a problem with your delivery.
The costs of shipping will depend on the weight of your purchase, which will be calculated at check out. You can use the following chart as a guide.
